Raw Material Selection

Quality begins with what goes into the board. We source high-grade recycled HDPE plastic polymers and natural wood fibers, combined with carefully measured additives including UV stabilizers, coupling agents, and colorants. Every incoming material batch is tested for moisture content, particle size, and compatibility before it enters production. This rigorous screening ensures only the finest raw materials make it into your flooring.

Mixing & Granulating

The selected materials are precisely weighed according to proprietary formulations and blended in high-speed mixers. The mixture is then processed through a granulation line, where it is melted, compounded, and formed into uniform WPC pellets. This granulation step removes moisture and ensures optimal material uniformitycritical for stable extrusion performance.

Extrusion

The WPC pellets are fed into advanced twin-screw extruders, where they are melted and plasticized under precisely controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is pushed through custom-designed molds to shape the board profiles. Our co-extrusion process simultaneously applies a protective polymer cap layer to the board surface, enhancing durability, UV resistance, and stain protection. Temperature is carefully maintained around 170°C to ensure optimal fusion of materials.

Cooling

Freshly extruded profiles pass through a vacuum cooling table, where water circulation rapidly cools and solidifies the boards. This controlled cooling process locks in dimensional accuracy and prevents warping. The boards are then stack

Cutting

Once cooled and stabilized, each board is precisely cut to specified lengths using diamond cutting saws. Our automated cutting systems ensure clean, square ends with tight tolerances, ready for surface finishing or direct packaging.

Surface Treatment

To achieve the authentic wood feel and appearance, boards undergo surface finishing processes including sanding, brushing, and embossing. Our advanced equipment can create a variety of texturesfrom smooth to deep wood grainto match different design preferences.

Quality Inspection

Quality control is woven into every stage of production. Finished boards undergo comprehensive inspection for dimensional accuracy (within ±0.5 mm tolerance), surface finish, color consistency, and structural integrity. We conduct mechanical testing including flexural strength and impact resistance, as well as accelerated UV and weathering tests to verify fade resistance. Defective boards are immediately rejected and recycled.
