Recently, a customer from the UK contacted us because he was planning to renovate his outdoor garden but was unsure about which material and color would be the best choice for his project.
The customer was particularly concerned about the performance of outdoor flooring in the UK climate. Since the garden would be exposed to rain and changing weather conditions, he wanted a decking solution with good water resistance and drainage performance. At the same time, he hoped to find a color that would match the overall style of his garden.
Understanding the Customer's Garden Requirements
Before recommending a product, we first asked the customer about his garden layout, expected usage, preferred appearance and local weather conditions. Instead of simply recommending our most popular product, we wanted to find a solution that would be suitable for his actual project.
Based on his requirements, we recommended our round-hole co-extrusion WPC decking. The co-extrusion structure provides an additional protective surface layer, making the decking suitable for outdoor applications where resistance to moisture and daily exposure is important.
The round-hole structure also helps reduce the weight of the decking while maintaining its structural design. Combined with a proper installation system and drainage arrangement, it can provide an effective solution for outdoor garden areas where water management is an important consideration.
Helping the Customer Choose the Right Color
We understand that product photos on a website cannot always show the exact appearance of a WPC decking color. Factors such as lighting, surrounding plants, garden walls and the size of the installation area can all affect how a color looks in a real environment.
Therefore, instead of asking the customer to make a decision based only on pictures, we prepared WPC decking samples in different colors and arranged shipment directly to the UK.
This allowed the customer to compare the colors in his own garden and see the actual surface texture, color tone and product quality before placing a larger order.

After receiving the samples, the customer shared positive feedback about both the products and our service. He was satisfied with the appearance and quality of the WPC decking and appreciated that we had taken the time to recommend a suitable product according to his garden requirements.
More importantly, the successful sample delivery also gave him greater confidence in our international logistics service. For overseas customers, receiving samples safely and on time is often an important step before placing a larger order.
