Shandong Zhensure New Materials Technology Industry Co., Ltd.
For importers and distributors, understanding where and how products are made is essential to building trust with clients. At Zhensure, we take pride in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where Wood-plastic composite flooring is produced with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. This article offers an inside look at our factory operations and the advanced processes that ensure every wood-plastic composite flooring shipment meets the highest international standards.

Mixing and Compounding
Once materials are approved, they are precisely weighed according to proprietary formulations and blended in high-speed mixers. This compounding stage is critical—the more uniform the dispersion of materials, the more stable the final product quality. The mixture is then processed through granulation equipment, where it is melted and formed into uniform WPC pellets ready for extrusion.
Extrusion: Shaping the Future
The heart of our production line is the advanced extrusion system. WPC pellets are fed into twin-screw extruders, where they are melted and plasticized under precisely controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is pushed through custom-designed molds to form the board profiles. Our co-extrusion technology simultaneously applies a protective polymer cap layer to the board surface, enhancing durability, UV resistance, and stain protection. This process is continuously monitored to prevent defects such as bubbles, warping, or uneven surfaces.
Cooling and Calibration
Freshly extruded profiles pass through a vacuum cooling table, where water circulation rapidly cools and solidifies the boards. This controlled cooling process locks in dimensional accuracy and prevents warping. Technicians monitor cooling calibration to ensure precise dimensions and straightness, with tolerances maintained within ±0.5 mm.

Cutting and Surface Finishing
Once cooled and stabilized, each board is precisely cut to specified lengths using automated cutting systems. Following cutting, boards undergo surface finishing processes including sanding, brushing, and embossing to achieve authentic wood textures and appearances. Surface treatments may also include protective coatings that enhance moisture and UV resistance.
Quality Control: Our Promise of Excellence
Quality assurance is woven into every stage of production. We follow a comprehensive multi-point inspection process:
Raw Material Check: Incoming materials are tested before entering production
In-Process Monitoring: Continuous checks during manufacturing to validate each stage
Product Inspection: Rigorous testing according to international standards including flexural strength, impact resistance, and UV stability
Final Inspection: Visual inspection of every board before dispatch to check tolerances and detect any manufacturing defects
Our quality management systems comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other international certifications, ensuring every product meets the expectations of discerning global markets.

Pckaging and Logistics
Approved products are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transit. Automated stacking and wrapping systems prepare boards for shipping, with clear labeling for easy identification. From our factory floor to your destination, we manage every step to ensure reliable delivery.
